Welcome to the Trust Talk Sessions. I’m your host, Joni and I am here with my dear friend and soul sister, Dr. Rima Bonario. It is a great pleasure to introduce her and I want to remind listeners about our initial interview that we did way back when, I think it’s almost two years at this point, which was on Sexual Sovereignty and it was number 057. So Rima is a Dreamweaver, she’s a Soul Coach and she is a Transformational Travel Teacher in service to the wild feminine. She offers workshops and classes and transformational travel journeys as well as private coaching and she helps women to shift out of fear and frustration into a life that they love.
She also has an amazing new, I don’t know what body, body of work, body of wisdom that’s coming through her related to her Bloom fine Egyptian oils. She is the founder and transmitter of some powerful wisdom related to anointing and is calling forth women who are ready to join the Anointing Sisterhood. So with all that, let’s welcome Rima.

Hi Joni, it’s so delicious to be with you today. Thank you for inviting me to participate and congratulations on 100 amazing podcast episodes. You are such a light in the world and such a gift.
Joni
Thank you. Thank you Rima. And I’m, I’m so glad you could be with us again and I would love to just dive in and hear. I know parts of your journey because we have walked parts of them together, but I would just love to hear where trust fits in your world these days in your work, in your journey.
Rima
Well, I would say as of now, there’s no other way for me to participate in this thing called life except through the doorway of trust. It’s just arrived at that place now where there’s just no other way to operate. And all the years I spent trying to control and plan and strategize. And you know, make things happen.
Joni: Yes.
Rima
They were good years, you know, and some of that was successful, but anymore it, that does not work for me at all. And I end up working entirely too hard for entirely too little return being of much less service than I’m able to be now when I just show up in trust and follow my guidance and stay in sacred feminine flow, which you’re so tapped into.
In fact, I have now written on my mirror with a, I wrote it with a lip pencil. I have some things that are written with an eyeliner pencil, but this ones with the lip pencil. So it’s red and it says there is nothing to solve.
Joni: Oh, wow.
Rima
There is nothing to solve. Just love. Oh yes. Love and just love has been my mantra for a couple of years now. And this piece about really getting that there is nothing to solve. It’s all about moving from that place of love and trust has been, I made up this word. It’s become operationalized.
Joni
No, I think that works. Yes. Wow. This is important. Like so important. Love and trust. I, you are the first person I’ve talked to thus far who has brought those two together. And I’m so glad that you did.
Rima
For me they’re inextricable because it is only through the energy and language of love that I can actually feel comfortable trusting. When I’m, when I’m trying to trust and I’m in the energy of fear or I’m in the energy of uncertainty or confusion, then trusting becomes so much harder. And I have to go through the act of surrendering over and over and over again. But having sort of, created a foundation where the surrendering into love as a way of being, love, as a, as an energy field, the love as a foundational practice, love as my truth, the truth of who I am then trust just is the natural result.
Joni
Yes, yes. I’m just breathing that and that is, it’s so I can feel my whole body relaxed as you’re saying that. And others mentioned safety, you know, sense of safety or kind of the nervous system and all those factors. But you’re, you’re bringing it down to, to the core.
Rima
Well, and in some very specific ways this manifests for me. Like it just happened just now. So my, there was a flash that came across my phone. All right, somebody tried to call me, I’m okay fine. You know, I, I’m not, it did not create or elicit any kind of response of, Oh crap, should I have been available or Oh no, I feel bad that I wasn’t available. Like zero, none of that happens for me anymore. It’s just like, Oh, isn’t that interesting? Or not even like, Oh, it’s just a noticing. You know, I didn’t get to the post office yesterday. I’ll go today. It’s fine. And I don’t have stories that I make up about, Oh, I was a bad person because I wanted to mail something to a client yesterday and it’ll go out today. Instead. Trusting and moving from a place of love allows me to notice that, Oh, it’s 10 minutes til the post office is going to close. And if I was going to get this package in the mail today, it would take a kind of Herculean effort that would not be loving to myself. And therefore not put this package of these beautiful oils together in the loving vibration that I want to put it in.
Joni: Mmm, yes.
Rima
So it’s, it’s so much better for me to just say, you know, I’m not going to get to that today. I’m trusting in flow. I will get to that tomorrow and tomorrow I’ll be able to infuse this package in the way that I, I want to, and then send it off.
Joni
Wow. Yeah. So you’re really using it as a very practical guide. And I see it almost as a, a way of blessing or honoring whoever, whatever you’re interacting with.
Rima: Yeah. Yeah. So everything becomes a devotion.
Joni: Yes.
Rima: Life is a devotional practice.
Joni: Wow.
Rima: And I get to be devoted to myself as well.
Joni: Yes.
Rima
I, my old, and my own unfolding and my service in the world and those that I serve, um, and the wild feminine, you know, of course she’s operating through me and if I am not devoted to myself, what kind of vessel will I be for her? Well, not a very good one.
Joni: Yes, yeah. Kind of wrung out or burnt down.
Rima
Yeah. And, and, you know, such huge awarenesses around how so much of my life choices before this time. Um, and the, and this integration, were really driven by fear and frustration. And, you know, I, I wouldn’t have owned that at the time. I wouldn’t have said I was living in fear. I would have said, no, I’m a mover and a shaker and I’m a make things happen lady. And I’m a powerhouse. And you know, I would have said all of those things, but I was also exhausted and I was, you know, worried a lot of the time. Or I was, I was driven, which, which is a very, very different energy from flowing guidance.
Joni
Yes, it is. And the thing that I both hear in what you’re describing and know from my own experience is the, it is that ongoing flow. It’s that, I’m blanking on the word, but it’s like the non, it’s always coming and there’s always more. It’s always coming. There’s always more.
Rima
Yes. There’s no, there’s no. So the ongoing thing I experienced before was the hamster wheel of busy-ness.
Joni: Yes.
Rima
And what was never ending was the work. And work was never ending. And because the results were spotty, sketchy, you know, not consistent. And what is never ending now is the sense of fulfillment, of meaning, of excitement, of joy and love and guess what? Money.
Joni: Yeah! Amazing. Amazing how that works!
Rima
Yeah. Yeah. And uh, and that enables me to then be, to have the generosity that sits at the core of my being. That’s so much of who I am, actually, happen.
Joni
Yes. Yeah.
